How to Play Craps the Right Way

How to Play Craps How to play Craps: Craps is a multi-player game in a most casinos and players are meant to bet on different lines. Craps involves players having to roll the two dice allocated and this is done one by one. Players are consequently called shooters due to the action of rolling the dice.

Shooters make the bets using chips by placing them on the relevant position on the craps board. The bet options that the can make include the Pass Line and the Don't Pass Line. They are also going by the names win line and don't win line. Craps is a game based on rounds and each round sees players bet on the outcome of a round.

When a game round is completed the shooter is replaced or when he has lost a round using a seven. The next shooter is then given the dice (2) so as to play. The next shooter is always to the left of the previous shooter since the dice move in a clockwise manner. A stickman will normally give a shooter a 5 dice of which he must pick only 2 of the available 5 in this particular craps round. The stickman will return the unpicked  dice to his bowl to remain unused.

A round is constituted of 2 phase which are the: Come out phases and the point phase. At the beginning a of round, shooters will make 1 or more come out rolls and if your go beyond the passes line of the come out roll of 2,3 or 12  will lose the round.

When a shooter makes a roll of 7 or 11 during this come out phase they get a 'natural' which makes the pass line a winner. Alternative numbers, point numbers, that a shooter can make a come out roll include: 4, 5, 6, 8, 9. These come out phase rolls will set up the Point phase where the shooter will have roll another point number before rolling a 7  so as to 'win' or 'pass'.

The dealer will after this press the button on and move it to the point number which will make the game go into the second phase of a round. A shooter's pass line wins if he makes a point number again before he rolls the 7 value. A new round will start and the dice will still remain with the shooter so he can have another round.

Supposing the shooter doesn't roll a point number but instead rolls a 7 before making a point number. This is what is called a 'seven-out' and the pass line loses and a new shooter is given the dice to have his round.
